Practice AreasLITIGATION Greene, Buckley, Jones & McQueen has an active litigation practice in both the trial and appellate courts. We recognize the increasing costs of litigation and, where appropriate, encourage the use of alternative dispute resolution such a mediation and arbitration. We develop and adhere to litigation budgets and monitor costs for the client involved in protracted litigation. Our trial lawyers are experienced in virtually every area of civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Our litigation practice can be broadly categorized into four main areas: Commercial Litigation, Tort and Insurance Litigation and General Litigation. Any given litigation matter may fall into more than one area, and may also involve tangential transactional issues. Greene, Buckley, Jones & McQueen is not rigidly departmentalized. Coordination among our attorneys ensures that each litigation matter is afforded the proper handling.
